Welcome to The Jaguar Connection where we celebrate the ownership of these fine classic cars and especially the many and sometimes particular friends we have gained in the process. These pages are planned to provide some personal insights and experiences of classic Jaguar ownership, restoration and event participation. My recent page: "Jaguars I have Owned' can be seen here. Our Jaguar section also includes JagWar Stories ©, which also links to other related sites of interest and tributes to "special" Jaguar people in our lives. New for 2019: I am pleased to report that 'The Jaguar Connection' has been extended to include my new next generation social media site, 'The Jaguar Connection Group' on MEWe.com. You can explore and join this new group here.
It has always amazed me just how much mutual help and support Jaguar friends or even just fellow enthusiasts provide each other. One needs to go no further than one of the many mailing lists like Jag-Lovers or the Jaguar Enthusiast's Club Technical Articles to appreciate the outstanding sharing of information and advice that takes place between Jaguar owners and aficionados. In the pictures above you see left, my 'E'-type Coupe (See the "Ravensbourne Project"). Above right is my supercharged XKR Coupe, (note the twin louvers on both bonnets, the XKR being the only other Jaguar since the'E'-type to have this special feature). Both of these cars have been recently replaced with the Jaguar XF, V6 supercharged below.
Please do not look for in depth technical advice from these pages, but the guest book will still be included for this section. Also if you have an interesting story or photograph you would like me to include, I will do my best to oblige. Please note the Facebook and LinkedIn links on the Family Page and you are most welcome to visit those sites as well. With warm Jaguar regards, Bruce MacCormack Bruce was the Pacific Northwest and Western Canadian Representative for the Jaguar E-Type Club Club, He is also a member of the Jaguar Drivers
Club.
